PRACTICE: ‘An important first step into the practice of Stay in Your Spirit is to try to understand what your spirit might be. Remember, this is how you are, and what people encounter when they meet you. So ask yourself, what do people encounter when they spend time with me? And what would I wish people to encounter when they meet me? Your spirit will reflect how you are at your best in reality and in aspiration…’
