PRACTICE: ‘Gail Adams is a life coach and mentor, running the See:Change project. Some of her insightful work is around developing metaphors and ideas to help us locate this sense of our own calling – to get in touch with the person we each know we need to be, bringing good to the world. She calls this quest our Deep Flow. One way to Find Your Deep Flow is to reflect on the moments, times or seasons when you have felt that you were truly being yourself in who you have been, and in what you have been doing… ‘
